Struggling with recurring negative emotions, painful triggers, or beliefs that hold you back? You don’t have to face them alone.

Drawing4Freedom Group Sessions provide a safe, supportive space where you’ll be guided through the same powerful scribbling and drawing techniques—this time in the shared energy of a group. Together, you’ll learn to release stuck emotions and shift unhelpful beliefs, all while connecting with others on a similar journey.

In your monthly group sessions, you will:

  • Practice the Method: Be guided through the Drawing4Freedom process, using intuitive drawing to safely feel and release emotions.
  • Grow Together: Witness and share in the breakthroughs of others, building encouragement and motivation from the group dynamic.
  • Shift Your Perspective: Recognize and reframe unhelpful beliefs in a supportive community, where you are not alone in your struggles.
  • Sustain Your Progress: Monthly sessions help you deepen the practice and maintain lasting emotional freedom over time.

 

This is your ongoing path toward transformation—safe, supportive, and shared. One session can spark change, but community keeps the momentum alive.

What happens in a session?

In a session of Drawing4Freedom, You will be releasing suppressed feelings and if required, updating any unhelpful beliefs.

The feelings have to be FELT in order to release out of our bodies, and most of us don’t know how to do that! A drawing4Freedom session will teach you how to do this, in the easiest way.

You will then find out where your pain and triggers originate from, and turn them round so they no longer bother you.

Although one session makes a big difference, Drawing4Freedom is not a one-off session therapy; to achieve what you want will require perseverance and regularity, as one’s mind doesn’t like change. Feelings that come up will need to be processed regularly; not everything comes up at once, and neither would you want it to!

A weekly session – for at least 4 weeks – is recommended, either 1:1 online or on a group Zoom to give you the discipline and support needed to achieve your goals.
